Terms of Service
Last updated July 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of Reply Argus. By starting the watch, you agree to them. We've kept them short and readable on purpose.
01Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
02Acceptable use
Use Argus to reply to your own apps' reviews. Don't use it to publish spam, harassment, or content you don't have the right to post to a store.
You keep ownership of everything you write. You grant us the limited right to process it so the product can function.
03Approvals and publishing
Argus drafts; you decide. Where you enable auto-publish rules, you're responsible for the replies those rules ship. Review your rules before turning them loose.
04Billing
Paid plans bill in advance on your chosen cycle. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before they end. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle.
Each plan includes a monthly reply allowance and a limit on the number of apps the agent actively monitors. When you reach your reply allowance, the agent pauses drafting and publishing until the allowance resets or you upgrade; a paused app doesn't sync, learn, draft, or count against your plan.
Optional add-ons (extra active-app slots and reply top-up packs) are prepaid and opt-in: they apply only when you choose to add them, so you're never billed for overage automatically. App-slot add-ons bill on your regular cycle until removed; top-up packs are a one-time charge and the reply credits they add do not expire. They carry over month to month and are used only after your monthly allowance.
05Availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Store APIs occasionally change or go down; we adapt as fast as we can.
06Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we'll let you know before it takes effect.
