Reply Argus watches your app-store reviews so you don't have to. This policy explains what we collect to do that, how we protect it, and the choices you have. In plain terms: we hold only what's needed to run the watch, and we never sell it.
01What we collect
Account details you give us — name, email, organization — and the store connections you authorize.
Review content synced from your connected stores, along with the replies you draft, edit, and approve. This is the material Argus grounds its drafts in.
02How we use it
To sync reviews, draft replies in your voice, send the alerts you configure, and show you analytics. That's the whole list.
We do not sell your data, and we do not train shared models on it. Your voice stays yours.
03How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access is scoped to your organization and gated by role.
04Your choices
You can export or delete your data at any time from settings. Disconnecting a store stops all syncing from it immediately.
05Retention
We keep review and reply history for as long as your account is active, plus a short window after cancellation so you can reactivate. Then it's deleted.
