Reply Argus watches your app-store reviews so you don't have to. This policy explains what we collect to do that, how we protect it, and the choices you have. In plain terms: we hold only what's needed to run the watch, and we never sell it.

01What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, organization) and the store connections you authorize.

Review content synced from your connected stores, along with the replies you draft, edit, and approve. This is the material Argus grounds its drafts in.

The public listing of the apps you connect (your App Store and Google Play descriptions and release notes) and the marketing or support page they link, plus any notes and files you add yourself. Argus reads these to learn about your app and ground its replies. This is your own public and provided content, not your users' personal data.

02How we use it

To sync reviews, draft replies in your voice, send the alerts you configure, and show you analytics. That's the whole list.

We do not sell your data, and we do not train shared models on it. Your voice stays yours.

03How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access is scoped to your organization and gated by role.

04Who else processes it

Reply Argus runs on a small set of vetted providers, each handling only what its job needs: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (application hosting), our AI provider (drafts and analyzes replies), Jina AI (turns your listings, docs and pages into searchable text), Resend (transactional email), Dodo Payments (billing), and for optional analytics, PostHog (product usage analytics) and Google Ads (measuring which ads bring people to us). We share only the data each one needs to do its job.

We do not sell your data or use it to train shared models, and we choose providers on those same terms.

05Cookies and analytics

Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and secure. These are always on because the product cannot work without them, and they need no consent.

Analytics cookies are optional. If you allow them, PostHog helps us see how the product is used so we can improve it, and Google Ads measures which ads brought you to us. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, these load only after you accept our cookie notice; elsewhere they are on by default and you can opt out at any time.

You are always in control. Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer to change or withdraw your choice whenever you like, as easily as you gave it. Your choice is remembered for about six months (a small ra_consent cookie); a short-lived ra_geo cookie (about a day) records only your broad region, so we know whether to ask.

06Your choices

Email us at support@replyargus.com to export or delete your data. We'll action it promptly. Disconnecting a store stops all syncing from it immediately.

07Retention

We keep review and reply history for as long as your account is active, plus a short window after cancellation so you can reactivate. Then it's deleted.
