Before you hesitate
Five reasons not to worry.
The usual reasons to keep the login to yourself, already handled by the way roles work.
“Will my client see what I pay?”
No. Only the Owner can see or change billing. Admins run the whole workspace (apps, teammates, the AI connector) but never touch the plan or the invoice.
“Will a contractor see every client I have?”
Only the apps you assign them. Publishers, Drafters, and Viewers are scoped per app. A Drafter on your fitness app never sees your finance app.
“What if a junior publishes something off-brand?”
Make them a Drafter. Every reply they write waits for a Publisher or Admin to approve. Nothing reaches the store until you say so.
“What if I get locked out of my own workspace?”
There's always exactly one Owner with full control. Ownership only ever transfers on purpose, never by an invite, never by accident.
“Can just anyone wire up the AI agent?”
No. The MCP / AI connector is Owner and Admin only. A Drafter or Viewer can never point an outside agent at your workspace.
