Argus Panoptes had a hundred eyes and never slept — nothing got past him. We built Reply Argus in that image: something that watches every review across every store, around the clock, so a bad rating never sits unanswered while you do.
The name
Something is always watching, so you don't have to.
The eye in our logo is an aperture — it opens, scans, and closes. When it came time to name a product that watches every review across every store, around the clock, the myth wrote the brief for us.
