Automations with a leash: when to let replies publish themselves

Full autopilot is a trap. But approving every 5-star "love it!" by hand is a waste. Here's a rule set that automates the safe and escalates the rest.

The fear with auto-publishing is that the one time it goes wrong, it goes wrong in public. The fix isn't to automate nothing — it's to automate only what can't embarrass you.

A good starting rule set: auto-publish replies to 4- and 5-star reviews with no detected complaint; auto-draft everything else and hold it for a human. You'll clear the easy 70% and keep your eyes on the 30% that matters.
